After logging into your account, navigate to your account page by clicking the 'My Account' button located at the top right corner of the screen. On the right side of the page, you’ll find the 'Security' section, which outlines the verifications you need to complete step by step. Click on the Authenticator Verification field to proceed.
On the next screen, you’ll see detailed instructions on what you need to do. If you don’t already have an Authenticator app installed on your phone, you can download one from the Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS). Once the app is installed, open it and use its QR scanner to scan the QR code displayed on your screen. This will link your phone to your EX5 account and complete the verification process.
Make sure to securely store the backup code provided during this process, as it can be used to recover your Authenticator settings if needed. If you encounter any issues, refer to the platform’s help center or contact customer support for assistance.
